I first met London-based DJ Charlie Bones when we were both on the bill at Another Love Story festival a few years ago. We had been in contact a bit through the Covid years, but didn’t meet in person until the summer of 2023.

For ten years, Charlie hosted the NTS morning radio show, before setting up his own radio station Do!! You!! Radio in Clapton, London, where he continues to host the morning slot, regularly bringing in other guests to chat with.

He invited me to join him on air and I’ve had the pleasure of joining him twice to date - my first foray into presenting live morning radio and a rare chance for listeners to hear me broadcast in English.
